Besos Pan Dulce Perfume

Besos, or kisses, are two pieces of Mexican pan dulce (sweet bread) with a glaze of raspberry jelly between them. Finely grated pink coconut sugar is sprinkled on the warm buttered tops. Sometimes also referred to as yo-yos. This a sweet confection reminiscent of bread, sweet jam, and hints of coconut.
