I love Alais de la Courcel almost more than I love her sister, Sidonie and for this blend, I wanted to capture both Alais’ D’Angeline heritage as well as the wildness of the Cruithine part of her heritage. Alais is mahogany wood for the darkness of her hair, clean, white musks, tolu balsam, violet leaf absolute, violets for her eyes, and lush moss.
