Cerise Blanche

Inspired by Griottiness Cherries—wild morello cherries soaked in kirsch brandy, a fruit brandy also made from morello cherries. This hero note takes center stage: fresh, tart, and boozy that's mellowed out by the nutty sweetness of vanillin (vanilla extract) and nuances of spiced, sweet tobacco from coumarin (tonka bean absolute). A creamy, custard treat with facets of toasted caramel emerges from the background. It's a symphony of sweet delicacies tempered by a Mysore sandalwood accord. Milky, soft with a touch of green this variety keeps the composition from veering too sweet. The earthy, spicy fragrance of vetiver rounds out the scent further to create a balanced gourmand.
