Ritual

Deep within the Carnival, beyond the music and lights, a candle burns….amongst the crew the inner circle of witches preform sacred whispered spells and salted circle rites echoing late into the night and early dawn, keeping all who enter safe from malevolent spirits and entities. Golden resins, smoking incense, ancient woods, beeswax absolute, and blessing salts mingle in the shadows, warmed by amber and touched with something dark and intoxicating. There is something almost sacred here—but perhaps not entirely.
