Silken Tofu

Please don't judge me, but I truly grew up eating tofu and rice like it was a luxury tasting menu. My grandma and my mama always made it, and somehow the smell of steamy rice and fresh pandan still has the power to emotionally defeat me in three seconds. One sniff and suddenly I am back in Vietnam, soft-hearted, dramatic, and probably asking for more food.
