Lovesick Witchery

Halloween '97 Perfume

Indie

It's October of 1997 and your mom takes you to the mall to look at costumes at the seasonal Halloween store. Cement floors and stale, recycled air. As you approach, you smell the fog from the display fog machines spilling out of the store into the main mall corridor. Walking in, you're greeted by cheap plastic knives still in their packaging; the kind that have fake blood trapped inside. All four walls filled with hundreds of brand new latex masks. Endless rows of plasticky smelling polyester cloaks and costumes. A cash register area with waxy witch fingers and sour apple bubblegum. Fragrance style: vintage, atmospheric, dreamy
